Sugihara Norie

Kayako’s older sister by 4 years. A scheming 23-year-old freelance writer who’s struggeling with writer’s block. A model example of a parasite single, Norie lives to enjoy the easy life, and frequently scams others by any means possible. She is often drunk and bottles can be found hidden all over the apartment, much to the annoyance of Kayako who somehow always ends up stuck cleaning up after her sister.
